Do you sell wholesale to retail stores? TOP

Yes. we're currently accepting wholesale orders for selected brick-and-mortar retailers and exclusive gift boutique to carry our little handmade wonders. Please send your inquiries to irma@giftsdefine.com. Mention your store name, Tax/Reseller's ID#, URL & items you'd like to carry.

What shipping method do you use and shipping rate for domestic & international? TOP

We generally  ship once every week. Our primary method of shipping is U.S. Postal Services First Class Mail or Priority Mail for both domestic and international shipment. Domestic/International Express shipping is available upon request. Cost of shipping does not include any local customs, duties or import taxes for which the recipient is held responsible.

U.S. and non U.S. Shoppers: please make sure you give us correct and detailed mailing address. We prefer not to use PO BOX addresses for mailing.  We are not held responsible for any undeliverable items.

For international shoppers: U.S. Postal Service Regular Parcel doesn't provide you with any package tracking record/insurance (unless you're willing to pay extra for the USPS Global Express Mail option; then you'll be provided with one -- please contact info@giftsdefine.com to inquire). We are not held responsible for any undelivered items, please check with your local postal office by providing the Custom Declaration No. we'll provide with your package. Please note international delivery normally takes 7-10 days to arrive but depends on your local courier service and custom declaration in your country, your package could take longer to arrive. 

For Canada/EU shoppers: Your purchase outside Canada/EU maybe subjected to customs/VAT charges -- please check with your local custom office/post office to find out more information before purchase. We are not resposible for any fees or disposals of packages by the international custom office.

How long will it take to receive my purchase? TOP

In-stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Made-to-order items or custom orders are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase (we're also considering the complexity of the item design and quantities of custom orders you're ordering). 
Depending on the destination and the reliability of your local city's courier, shipment can take anywhere between 3-7 business days for domestic shipping and 7-10 days for international shipping.  Please allow extra time during the holiday season (the rush starts in September through January).

What if an item was damaged during shipping? TOP

If your order arrives damaged, please report it immediately to Gifts Define by email at info@giftsdefine.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will then inform you the return mailing address to return your damaged item.  Please send us back your item with its original box and packaging material.  Gifts Define will only send out a replacement after we receive the damaged item.

Do you accept returns and/or exchages? TOP

No, we don't.  All sales are final.  Our artisans hand-crafted each of your personalized order with great care and thoughtful craftmanship.  Because of the nature of our handmade creations, we do not accept returns; so please order your item carefully!  We ONLY accept request for exchage due to damage (shipping defects) or company mistakes (which never happens so far).  Exchanges must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of receipt in it's original packaging.  Email info@giftsdefine.com to notify us of your exchange request with your order number.

What is your privacy & security policy? TOP

Any information given to Gifts Define is strictly confidential and used only for processing your transaction.  Your information will NEVER by used, sold or distributed for any other purpose.  All transactions are encrypted and checked for authenticity throughout the checkout process using appropriate privacy and security safeguards.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

Currently we accept these following form of payments:
1. We accept payment by PAYPAL (where you can make payment by using your Debit or Credit Card). Your financial security is our highest priority. You're protected from any unauthorized payment made from your PayPal account. If you don't have a Paypal account or not familiar with how Paypal works, please visit HERE. 

2. We accept payment by CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Please email info@giftsdefine.com and we will inform you our mailing address to send the check. We will process your order once we receipt your check.

Do you charge sales tax? TOP

Sales tax of 7% is only charged for items shipping to the state of Florida.

How do I care for my Gifts Define item? TOP

Items made with real wool felt can be delicate.  Your Gifts Define items is best stored away of any liquid, sharp object and direct sunlight, to prevent fading and aging.  Because it is a hand-crafted product, item is not as durable as other machine-made items, please avoid pulling any parts of the dolls and always handle your item with care.  Products are NOT washable.  When exposed to warm air or rubbed against rough material (i.e. hanging a mini doll from your bag); the yarn or woll material may fray.  Use a small-tip scissor to dix it and brush softly with the palm of your hand.

How do you process my custom colors deco*mobile order? TOP

Thank you for having us to work with you in creating unique custom colors deco*mobile! After you have picked the desired deco*mobile design; from the drop down menu options, please select mobile "custom". Custom deco*mobile project will only be processed after your full-payment is received. Our talented artists will group your design ideas, color choices (refer to our color chart for your perusal) or any nursery/bedding pictures/URL. Based on that information, we will create you an exclusive custom mobile proposal. We'll email the proposal to your designated email for viewing and approval. At this point, you will have one opportunity to make any necessary revisions to your custom colors deco*mobile.  Should you make any color changes, we'll email you the complete revisions within 2-3 days for your final approval. Once we hear your OK, we'll forward your one-of-a-kind deco*mobile for production. From this point, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to handcraft and ship your custom deco*mobile project. Please email us at info@giftsdefine.com to send us photos of your nursery/bedding colors/design or to ask any further questions.

Any changes to the overall deco*mobile design, extra revisions or cancellation on the production will be subjected to additional fees.

What are the display alternatives to hang my deco*mobile? TOP

Here are two alternatives we can recommend to hang your deco*mobile:

1.  Using a "Mobile Attachment Clip" which you can get at your local baby store. The clip normally comes with a large rubber grippers that help secure the mobile and protect your crib rail at the same time. To see product link, click here.
